WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all debit and credit cards as well as Paypal, so order away friend!

HOW DO I USE A PROMO CODE?
Lucky you! These can be entered at the final stage of checkout.

THE PRODUCT I WANT TO ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK. HOW CAN I BE NOTIFIED IF/WHEN THE PRODUCT WILL BE BACK IN STOCK?
Firstly, bummer that the product is out of stock, sorry about that! If you add your email address to the 'Notify me when this item in back in stock' form on the product page, you'll be the first to know when it's back!

WHAT ARE YOUR OPERATING HOURS?
We are busy bees and our studio is open 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday. There are only 2 of us but we aim to reply to all emails and enquires as soon as humanly possible.

DO YOU OBSERVE ANY HOLIDAYS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR?
We only close the studio for Christmas and New Year and for the occasional personal break - everybody gotta take a break, amma right?

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Unframed prints are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days and framed prints are typically dispatched within 5 working days. Standard Royal Mail 2nd class shipping is free for all UK orders, but if you require your order sooner there is a faster option available at the checkout. International orders are dispatched in the same time frames as UK orders but the delivery times will be longer and vary depending on the location and the local postage service.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email letting you know that’s it’s left our fair hands and is on it’s way to you. If you selected a tracked method of shipping, the email will include your tracking number.
 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do not accept returns for unwanted items, sorry! We do however offer full refunds for any items which have arrived damaged due to postal problems or which have gotten lost in the post - sadly this happens sometimes and it’s nobody’s fault (sometimes it’s the post’s fault but we won’t go there) but we of course won’t make you pay for it!
 

WHAT IF MY ORDER WAS MARKED AS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED IT?
If we have sent you a tracking number try having a look at that. Otherwise let us know by emailing hello@roadrailtrail.com and we’ll get our best detectives on the case.
